Tioluwalase Oguntade is a sophomore at Northern Illinois University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with an emphasis on enterprise software development. He is passionate about applying his programming skills to solve real-world problems and create innovative solutions. He is currently working as a research assistant for Dr. Mona Rahimi, a professor of computer science at NIU, on a project that involves developing a novel neural network architecture for cybersecurity applications. His main contributions to the project include modeling the base graph for neural network development and suggesting ideas on how to represent complex semantic relationships between words and sentences. Tioluwalase hopes to gain valuable research experience and skills that will prepare him for his future academic and professional endeavors.
